Ultra Bodied Esthetics Policies

At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Ultra Bodied Esthetics experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Scheduling

All service require a 35% deposit to hold the appointment and must be paid through the booking site. 
•ALL deposits, sales and packages are NON-REFUNDABLE
• You can reschedule 24 hours before your appointment, if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of service.
~ All rescheduling and/or cancellations will only be done through the confirmation email sent to the client. Any request via Instagram, Facebook, text or call will not be done unless, it does not allow the client to change the status of their appointment through the confirmation email..
•rescheduling fees, cancellation fees are accepted via Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo.

Our Flexible Beauty Salon Policy

At Ultra Bodied Esthetics, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have to charge an administration fee of 50% of your appointment.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, an additional $10.00 late fee will be added to your total.

No Show / No Call

``NO CALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100% of service and a $35 rescheduling fee for first offense. Second offense you WILL BE CHARGED 100% AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH US. 


~If your card declines, an invoice will be sent to the email on file and that invoice must be paid within 30 days. If the invoice is not paid in full after 45 days an additional $15 will be added. If the invoice is not paid after 60 days further legal action will be taken. 


•If you NO CALL/NO SHOW under a package/ subscription treatment or sale treatment, that appointment will count as a used treatment.

Purchasing Policy

This policy apply to all treatment packages, plans, memberships and sales
Effective Date: Jan.2021

All packages, plans, memberships an/or sale treatments will expire 6 months after purchase date. Any treatments not used before or on that date will be honored and that treatment package be invalid. All codes will be invalid and no longer operable.
